To Refund:

Please make sure that you are qualified for one or two of the following criterias before contacting customer@19thair.com for refund:

1. You have not washed or used your product. Because 19th Air products are personal fashion apparels, we cannot receive returned products. However, we can give you a refund if you have not used or washed your product.

2. You have a physical damage on your product. If your beanie / toque has a hole in it or is missing a logo when you have just immediately received it, and that you have not washed or used it, you can contact us for a refund.
