Unfortunately, we cannot receive returned products: you would have to dispose of it. We are sorry for the inconvenience!
However, we can refund you if you have not washed your products or used it, or your product has a physical damage (ex. your mask does not have ear strap on one side). Please email customer@19thair.com if you would like a refund and did not wash or used your products. Send us a picture of your product if it has a physical damage. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
